Is this all about sex?

Nope! Sex is a component of our sensuality and feminine power, but the focus and message is on loving and harnessing our inherent, creative, Goddess power . . . aka our connection to our bodies and our pleasure! Sensuality is about the enjoyment, expression, and pursuit of pleasure, in all forms.

Do I really have to show up in lingerie?

Of course not! Show up in WHATEVER you want. We encourage you, however, to feel the power of dressing for your pleasure and the shift you'll feel when you take time to put on something that celebrates you and your body. This retreat isn’t about looking a certain way — it’s about feeling connected to yourself. You can wear whatever makes you feel powerful: lingerie, a silk robe, a cute pajama set, or nothing fancy at all.

Do I have to participate in everything?

Nope! Your body, your choice, always. We’ll invite you into each session and experience, but you get to feel into what’s right for you moment-by-moment. Consent is sacred here — no pressure, no shame.

What if I can’t stay for the whole thing?

You’ll get the most out of the weekend if you’re live, but life happens — we get it. Replays will be available for all the core sessions. Come for as much as you can — your presence matters.

How "explicit" does it get?

We'll talk about sex, pleasure, self-pleasure, bodies, emotions, and deep desires — because we believe it’s sacred, not shameful.
That said, everything is guided respectfully and you are always in control of your own experience.
Self-pleasure practices are optional, consent-based, and guided in a way that honors privacy, sovereignty, and personal choice.

What do I need to bring or prep?

You don't HAVE to bring anything! It will be fun, however, to prep a bit:
