I've been there. Old Maren struggled.
I felt all the typical constraints of the patriarchy. I relied on external validation from men, leaders, and authority figures to make decisions and shape my beliefs. I was afraid of my inner divine feminine, afraid to step into my truth, and ashamed of my body. I even regretted being born a woman.
But Evolved Maren moved through SO much!
Though I'm still on a journey and it's not always perfect, today, I love myself, find peace within, appreciate my body, let go of others’ judgments, and make myself my top priority.
